Born in Venezuela and raised between multiple cultures, Ruben brings a unique international perspective to football representation.

After moving to the United States at age 15, he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Florida, and spent seven years in the corporate sector. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, successfully launching and operating multiple businesses while advising organizations on growth, acquisitions, and strategic development.

Driven by his passion for football and player development, Ruben joined the John Viola Academy to become a Licensed FIFA Football Agent and an IPSO Level 5 Certified Scout. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, his main office is in Miami with satellite offices in Santander (Spain) and Madeira (Portugal). He works extensively throughout North America, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.
